AWD-IUSP-SHIPMENT POD TIME 16th OCT.-NEVER RECEIVED
I'm seeking assistance with an ongoing issue regarding an AWD shipment. The shipment was delivered on October 16th, but Amazon has not yet confirmed its receipt.
This AWD shipment was sent as part of ISA. However, 10 days past since delivery , the status still keep as "Shipment created on AUG 25, 2024."
We've provided a Proof of Delivery (POD):
1. Our POD shows Full container Load.
2. The Bill of Lading (BOL) also sent to Amazon team already.
3. The BOL clearly indicates: STAR-XVPENWP7CTB6Y is part of ISA 11600581296.

Can anyone help resolve this situation?

In case you haven't seen the notice on the workflow (emphasis mine):
As we are past the previously communicated inbound cutoff date of Oct. 19 for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, we are shifting our focus to ensure your inventory is available for Prime orders. While we will continue to accept new inbound shipments during this time, please expect us to take longer (10-14 days) to receive your inventory into AWD through the week of Nov. 18.
Thus, your shipment is likely working its way through the heavy queues at this site we've seen mentioned here on forums, but I'll reach out to our AWD partners with this shipment ID in case anything requires further research.
