I Appeal But still no response

My account is deactivated last week. I appealed on last week , but still now response from amazon. I just started working on my amazon. They are asking for invoice and I provided it but still now response from. I emailed and called but they are saying your appeal is still in progress. When I appealed it was showing it takes only 1-2 days and Now it's been a week. Kindly help me in this matter
