I am hopefully a future Amazon seller, just got my amazon sellers central account, but I am here to sell customizable product only on FBM basis. I found a link to Amazon custom registration - https://sellercentral.amazon.de/customization/manageCustomRegistration

but it leads me to a page with message -

Invalid Access

You do not have permissions to view this page

How do I get an Amazon Custom account and start selling?

Additional Q - I was planning to run ads from the very beginning, but did I just learn correctly that I can't run ads on a new account for some time?

I'm currently in a catch 22 situation with my VAT registration in Germany. Namely, the Tax authorities in DE are asking for some additional document to proceed with the registration which is a Seller Certificate from Amazon. They even included instruction on how to get it in Seller Central:

Amazon Certificate: Sellers can download the Seller Certificate in their Seller Central: Help -> Get support -> Selling on Amazon -> Spain and Germany VAT - Amazon seller certificate

I did the same, and got the following answer from Amazon support:

The requisites for obtaining Amazon Seller Certificate for Germany are that the Selling Partner:

1. has signed up for the Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program in any European Amazon Marketplace; and

2. has shipped an item through FBA in any European Amazon Marketplace in the last year.

I am a new seller (US company) with a completely new account. That said, according to the EU or rather DE law I cannot hold, move or sell any inventory unless I'm VAT registered. And now, to get VAT registered I need a seller certificate, but to obtain it I need to ship an item through EU marketplace which I cannot do unless VAT registered.

Am I missing something out? Please advise on what to do in this case.

Hello, I am opening this case because I really do not know how amazon can hear me.

The situation is: I always could withdraw money from my amazon marketplaces each day. Some days ago I got notification that I can do this option only once in two weeks. If this is not ok, I need to write to mentioned email. I wrote, and to email and to amazon support, and no answer.

For me this withdraw system is not ok. I am small seller, and for me to take my money each day is better option. Right now I can not order new items from manufacture, I can not pay TAXes because I need to wait two weeks when I can get my money. This system is very very stupid. Does someone knows is there the option to return as it was before??? if yes please tell me how
