Verification team is not showing the result for VAT establishment submission (DELAY)

On 15 May i upload documents for VAT establishment i received the email twice a time that you "We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information.

We cannot provide an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible."

Today its 30 May still no answer and on account health page its showing our evaluation is complete. I try to submit more documents but still no answer or anything my disbursment is on hold and in my identity information i see that my account is restricted. This is too much frustrated for me i dont know why it happening with me. I provide all the documents but still the team is not answering me. Can anyone please help me to resolve my issue.
