I’ve been selling on Amazon for 3.5 years, and in December 2023, I switched my account to individual status. Since then, I had no outstanding balance on my account. I hadn’t logged in for 5 months, and the last time I checked, there were no subscription fees charged.
However, when I logged in 5 months later, I found that subscription fees had been applied since December 2023. Luckily, I didn't have a valid credit card linked, so they couldn’t charge me. When I contacted Amazon, the seller service informed me that they couldn't provide a direct answer and would escalate the issue. Now, I’ve been waiting for a response for 3 days.
Amazon's cruel treatment of sellers arbitrary fee deductions are truly illogical.

You have several replies on your previous thread, with some questions that need answering for anyone to be able to help/advise, and technically it is against forum guidelines to open duplicate threads for the same issue.
