Read onlyHi guys,
I am trying to pass on my seller fee invoices to my accountant for an urgently overdue first vat return. However, looking at my september invoices something must be wrong as, in the FBA tax invoice, it has only charged me £3.23 for the month, how can it only be £3.23 when i sold 1000s of units that month? Moreover, there is no VAT on that fee. I thought they are charging VAT on fees?
All the other seller fee invoices in tax document library are bizarely small in value. Theres only been 5 invoices uploaded: Merchant VAT Credit Note, Fulfillment by Amazon Tax Invoice, Fulfillment by Amazon Tax Credit Note, AGL Merchant Self Billing Invoice and Product Ads VAT Invoice. There must be something going on wrong here
Am I missing something? Can someone please exaplain why the invoices dont reflect the true amounts charged?
Hi @Seller_w5M0a9wYTqQt2
I don't think the September seller Fees or FBA fees invoice has come through yet. Or I haven't received mine anyway.
The only invoice I have so far is the advertising invoice and odd random small charges/refunds like you mention.
I think my August invoices came through quite late in the month, I want to say about the 22nd?
I hope that this is just a teething issue with the new invoicing because my accountant is on at me about a week after the end of the quarter to get my VAT filed, but if I'm waiting for these invoices until the 20th, 21st etc everything will be delayed..
Same Issue here, New invoice issued Since August are complete riddles.
I dont get them , don't understand them .
There is no break down of Seller fee or fba fee in the invoices. My seller support ticket is still unresolved sent few weeks ago about the issue.
I am not happy about it.
I have a similar very small invoice. I think you would have until early November to file this? Hopefully they come through before then
Yes mine are not showing either and i have a VAT return i need to submit, since august i dont have the correct the documents, i assume this will be because amazon changed the VAT thing on the 1st of august so its got to be this causing the delay.
