Seller Funded A to Z Claim!
I had an A to Z claim, granted by Amazon but seller funded for an item not delivered, order 111-9781537-3687403.
We used Amazon shipping, tracking shows delivered. Why is this a seller funded claim? It was $258 plus shipping. Shouldn't this be an Amazon funded A to Z claim. I filed a dispute but they didn't change the outcome.
Is there anything I can do?

Most common reason is the item was not scanned as accepted by the carrier on or before the ship date.

We just got one where customer swapped item out and we filed safe-T claim and got back most of our cost for the item we also reported customer to Amazon for customer abuse and this was done 30 days ago and 3 day ago we see AtoZ claim Against us ODR Affected and it was for twice the original sale amount what the hell! AtoZ got a Buch of four letter words in the response at this point we don't give a F! So Safe-T claim against order won with images and proof, customer reported the 30 days later they allow AtoZ shows you how this site is a joke the encourage customers to steal and rewards them! If you want honey sales and customer transaction this site is not the site to sell on!
