Secondary user verification

I’ve been selling on Amazon about 5 years I have some secondary user on seller account. I added a new secondary user July 20th 2018.
Today 2nd September this user STILL has not been verified onto my seller account YET !? Amazon is still showing this is going through verification process . I have created cases for this and contacted Amazon by phone. I can only get to seller support as verification team can only be contacted by email NO PHONECALLS.
While seller support do their best to assist me. Verification team has replied in an email saying it is an IT issue and apologise for the delay. Clearly this is just an excuse and not the real reason why I cant get this user verified after a month and a half.??

Yes, i just added 2 users recently and it seems to be stuck in limbo about verification.
I added one person first: she got the email, accepted it and i filled in the passport information required, it said “info being verified” and about one week later i got an email that the user has been approved, but when i clicked manage permissions i just land on “waiting for verification” site.
Than on the other user account i got the same message right away, being verified (only after sending the invitation email), than that changed to the screenshots as seen on my uploaded photo, only 2 options available.
I tried deleting both users and adding them again but exactly same thing happens, and Verification team sent me a email about technical problems, some delay…but still nothing (about 2 weeks now i think)
