Can someone explain how this listing got to no.2 in bed throws?
Looks like a scam of of some sort as they are selling low quality product (From review of photos) at ridiculously high prices.

I believe that Amazon recently updated their algorithm to start displaying different results to each buyer based on multiple factors such as their location, purchase history or browser. They could be as well showing new listings first, just like it’s often the case on eBay.
In a different thread, another seller reported seeing the star ratings hidden from the Best Sellers charts, so Amazon could be doing some sort of test to see how changing the way how search works will affect purchasing decisions of buyers.
