I received buyer feedback on an order that was cancelled.
The feedback was negative, but the order was cancelled so I am confused as to how it is possible submit a feedback for or an order when no item was sent?!
Is it possible that they left a negative feedback meant for another order? I need this removed ASAP!

The buyer placed an order so they are permitted to leave feedback.
Did YOU cancel the order? Did you send the buyer a message and let them know that you were cancelling it AND the reason for the cancellation?
I have had to cancel orders and ALWAYS message the buyers and tell them why I have to cancel.
Not at least trying to communicate with them is a FAIL even on the big wide web despite what Amazon thinks.
I had the same issue a couple of times.
Amazon sent the cancellation request for the customer, so we cancelled the order.
Amazon is no help with this!
I opened many cases and received automated bogus responses.
Don't waste your time and live with it... :(

Thank you for the information provided regarding the feedback you received on a cancelled order. As mentioned in the thread, we would advise on utilizing the feedback manager to request removal. Have you completed this step as of now? What type of response have you received?

The wouldn't remove mine either. I feel as mine was done on purpose, though I can't prove it.
Chances are they won't do anything.
You're going to have to live with it for 60 days and it will effect the sprinkler program. You are going to loose sales. We just went through another 60 days period with one negative feedback.
I had the same issue because I thought that the Amazon communication rules didn't allow sending a message about canceling an order. I think that Amazon should state more clearly that telling the customer about a cancelation is a legitimate message.

In the same boat here. Customer request order cancellation and we cancelled. Then a few week later left negative feedback that we cancelled order after 3 weeks waiting.
I also just received negative feedback left on a cancelled order. I cannot contact the buyer, and the comment left is offensive to me but does not contain any profanity or feedback removal comments. I did submit the feedback removal but it was denied, case ID 15249202251.
Any help is greatly appreciated @Quincy_Amazon
