Try to list a product but have an error code:
Hi, im in the process of tradmarking but in the meantime im trying to list an item using “naked wood”
as the title says. When i enter a brand name i get the following;
Brand Name :
The value ‘naked wood’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘Generic’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B0847D27XQ’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

That means that the item is already listed in Amazon’s catologue somewhere. The original listing has been created with “generic” as the brand which is obviously wrong.
You will have to list it with generic as the brand name. Then put in a call to seller “support” to get it changed. Good luck with that.
