My account has been under review for more than 4 years Need HELP!
My account has been under review for more than 4 years.
Each year I have sent emails to the support team, and all of them went to transferred status then no response from the Amazon end.
In the 3rd year, they put my account into deactivated status since I was not selling at all.
Who is going to sell anything when no reason is given for funds holding?
They have held my funds for more than 4 years now.
No reason was given.
What should I do next?
Should I just close my account and ask them to release my funds?

First, let me address the above issues, if your account is currently deactivated, you will not be able to successfully close the account nor would you want to do that while there are funds in the account you are trying to access.
It would be extremely helpful if you would provide a Performance Notification for more information.
- Select the menu lines, top left corner of your Seller Central page
- Drag down to Performance
- Slide over to Performance Notifications
Is it possible there has been a request for documents, etc? I really would like to help with this.
