I have been selling on Amazon for approx. 11years and a few days ago my account was deactivated. A customer filed a inauthenticity complaint. I provided Amazon with Invoices but they refused it. They are now wanting the suppliers suppliers details which is impossible to get. My supplier isnt going give him own suppliers details to me. This is a impossible request and I feel really stuck.
I really don't know what more I can do, I really need this account opening, I have worked so so hard to build this business in the last 11years and a customer has claimed my item is not genuine without any proof and this has lead to this account be deactivated is very upsetting.
I really need this account opening please, this income from my account is paying for my mortgage and If I cant make payment my life will be finished and my house will be repossessed. I sit here writing this message crying because I am genuinely stuck and have no hope and I am reaching out to you with the hope someone can help me.

Hi have you had any luck with this? It terrifies me that accounts can just be deactivated at the drop of a hat despite no wrongdoing!
