What is happening at UK kyc verification team. i got my Uk account 1st verified on Feb 2024 immediately within a weak for no reason my account KYC verification again takes place for past 40 days i have received the status of my verification

Ive been selling on Amazon uk acount for some time now. It says my bank is being verified and it takes up to 15 working days hence i haven’t received any payment. Its been over 15 working days now and the account is still saying ‘verification in process’. I have alot of money stuck in the account and no one in amazon is really helping me. Has someone had a similar issue and how was how was it solved.
