Case log ID: 17234932121 Shipment ID: FBA18R0Y2N7P
I had a shipment of 100 units to TMB8, and the fulfilment report for this shipment noted 100 units received on January 20, 2025 and on January 23, 2025 the same ledger noted the units disappeared -100. I opened a case with Selling Partner Support to investigate the issue, and the shipment page noted that they automatically investigated and researched the shipment, and the lost inventory never existed.
I sent in proof of ownership (invoices and packing slip) along with screenshot of the inventory ledger for the referenced shipment ID to get this issue sorted. The agent then responded with:
"Thank you for your patience while we investigate your shipment FBA18R0Y2N7P. We've reviewed and found multiple shipments at our fulfillment centers between the invoice date 08/27/2024 and the ship date 01/03/2025 for shipment ID FBA18R0Y2N7P.
The following shipments were sent for each FNSKU in the date range:
FNSKU: B09HYXXXXX
Shipment ID: FBA18R0YXXXX FBA18N3RXXXX, FBA18KSHXXXX, FBA18HBPXXXX, FBA18CKRXXXX, FBA18CKJXXXX
To continue our investigation, you must provide additional invoices that account for all of the units that were sent in these shipments.
If we don't hear back from you within four business days, this case will be closed."
I was met with a request to provide invoices for the last 16 months of sales volume for the ASIN. This makes no sense. Amazon lost my inventory on this particular shipment and is suspecting me of committing fraud??? There are no grounds for this investigation and they are just trying to get out of reimbursing me for my lost inventory.
I then sent in proof of ownership indeed reflecting my last 16 months of sales volume/shipments for this ASIN - I was then advised with:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,I know that a quick resolution of our investigation is important to your business.
However, we're unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance. This case has been resolved. When you're able to provide documents that satisfy all requirements, please create a new case."
CAN SOMEONE @ AMAZON PLEASE LOOK AT THIS AND ASSIST IF POSSIBLE? IF ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY HAS ANY ADVICE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
I have now re-submitted a new PDF file with all my invoices, inventory ledger screenshot, photographs of my shipment, how it is boxed, units shown in the boxes.
