Scan & Ship Lable Printing on Chrome - Not working / blank page?

Using Chrome web browser, was fine yesterday, now the preview and print are totally blank. Firefox still working (ish; never figured out how to stop it printing page details so never used it).

Anyone else have the same issue?

Yea I have that issue, posted a message last week about it but no one replied so I guessed it was something local to my PC… but it seems not

Unable to print labels via Click & Drop via Firefox but can via Chrome, very slow though. Looks like they are having technical issues.

Thanks - mine was fine yesterday in Chrome, so could have been a recent update to the browser/s. Managed to make firefox useable though and it’s working in there.

Just to check it’s the same issue - can you all still see the page headers? You might have to enable header/footers in Chrome, or firefox (through about:config if you’ve altered that), and/or change page size.

My issue is that the barcode and product title don’t show, although page headers still do - see image below.

EDIT:
Chrome Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox 59.0 (64-bit)
Win 10 Pro, 1709, 16299.309

Getting the same exact issue. Its got to be a chrome issue, if i do a print preview on another browser such as Safari it shows up fine. Which isnt very good because it doesnt work on safari!

Ive found a way around it for now.

Install and use a browser called Opera. It has the same layout as Chrome when it comes to print dialogs and works perfectly!

Hi everyone.

Just to say, I did raise this with SS. They looked into it, and I’ve been told to just use Firefox. It doesn’t look like they are supporting the use of Chrome(for Scan & Ship) anymore.

"Good Day ****,

I have made the attempt to call you with no luck.

Seller Central has been designed to have optimal use on Mozilla Firefox. This is the most compatible browser.

I have selected the scan and ship option on your account using firefox and have no issue.
Please see the attached image confirming this.

In the images you have sent it seems as if you are still using chrome instead of firefox.

My suggestion is that you use Mozilla Firefox and if you still facing an issue please reach out to us immediately.

Thank you for your co-operation.

I wish you a pleasant day further.

Please let us know how we did. "
