Change address country

HI everyone, I’m faced with a problem with our highly esteemed seller verification team which I’m sure we all love very much. They are asking me to update my address so it corresponds to my UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) address. However when I go to the update “Business and Contact Information” section I can’t change my country address to the United Kingdom (I was previously registered in France). I’ve already done the “transfer legal entity” as they requested since I’m changing country but I’m now faced with the aforementioned problem. Does anyone know how I address this issue?

You’ll have to raise a case with the verification team asking them to “enable” the greyed out sections you need to change.
