Can someone help me find the payment section?

I often get these emails from Amazon, but I don't know WHY they are charging my credit card.

We have charged your credit card for $37.51 in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance.

I can never find the site that shows the charge and I never know WHY the CC was charged.

What are the reasons that AMZ charges your CC?
