Republic of Ireland
Can anyone help as Amazon are useless. New seller, I have international shipping unticked (turned off). Yet, I am receiving orders from Northen Ireland. I do not understand why, and we cannot afford to sell there due to shipping. I don't know how to turn it 'off', when it doesn't seem to be turned 'on' anywhere. Any help greatly appreciated, as I have over ten orders that I am going to have to cancel and amazon aren't helpful. Thanks in advance (I am a UK seller)

I've had this exact same problem. They don't help whatsoever they don't know the difference between Great Britain and the UK. Its very frustrating to constantly be cancelling orders when all my shipping settings seem to be correct..

That would be because Northern Ireland isn't international. Its in the UK.
Are you on the Individual or Professional Selling plan?
if you are on the Professional plan, you can deselect Northern Ireland (or set your own postage rate to ship there).
However, I don't believe you can do this on the Individual plan.

Do you mean the Republic of Ireland (your subject header) or Northern Ireland (mentioned in your post)?
You can turn off ROI as it is international.
You cannot turn off Northern Ireland as for postal purposes it is part of the UK (although actually called Great Britain and Northern Ireland)
Northern Ireland is listed under Shipping Settings > Domestic Shipping. 2nd option is:
Scotland(Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man

Sorry, as the original poster, I meant REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, not Northern Ireland as incorrectly stated. I was writing in a rush!!!
