Estimated delivery date settings

Newish FBM seller here and wondering if there's a list of settings that could affect Amazon's shipping and transit time estimates. For some reason, the transit time displayed to customers is much longer than even my most conservative estimates. For example, an order going to the same zip code as the origin is displaying a 7-day transit. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the estimates vary for three different variations of the same product.
