Late Ship by date
We notice that from few days, orders are with late ship by date. Due to which there is a high chance of getting the order cancelled. All orders coming with a ship by date of after 3-5 days. And its very difficult to raise a ticket for any issues as you don't get an option to directly connect with the associate nor can raise a mail.

Can you share more details so I can check further please? What is it a self shipping order or FBA or EasyShip? What steps have you taken so far and do you have relevant Case IDs that I can look at?

yes it happened to us yesterday
Ship by dates are a few days in the future
Email and sms show ship by next day but in the pickup scheduling tool it show as 4 days later.
The order gets auto cancelled and auto re ordered
Let's call this is a scheduling tool bug
No use filing a case.
Please reply if you had the same issue, I will compile the data and file a new case
