Shipping rates being ignored?

Hello,

We use a shipping policy of £2.20 per order, plus £1.00 per kilo. This is set in Settings > Shipping Settings. For the most part, this works fine. However, it seems as though certain products are being assigned unusual shipping costs, even though they all have the same weight. This can be seen in the screenshot below. All these products have a weight of 2KG.

Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Many thanks

Obvious question, are the weights recorded by Amazon for the item correct, you’re not the only seller so someone else could have input a more accurate figure. A sink plughole does not weight 2KG does it?

Oh, I see! That sounds like the problem. Our store has historically used weight as a generic measure for shipping costs (with package size factored in). Looks like we’ll have to do some tweaking for this new platform.

Thanks for your help and super fast responses (:
