Inactive (Out of Stock) - Fix stranded inventory - Inventory error
Hi does anyone know if there is a glitch these days with the FBA inventory?
One of my products run very (no problem at all) well until yesterday’s error message “Inactive (Out of Stock) " I checked on the Fix stranded inventory and they appear with a Standard reason " INVENTORY ERROR”. I already apply for a REFRESH STRANDED REASON 3 times I wait 15 minutes and nothing changes it.
I open a case yesterday and the message was this:
“Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you have an issue with listing xxxxxx for ASIN xxxxxx
At this time I am working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case.
While I don’t currently have an update, I will follow up with you as soon as additional information is available.
Thank you for selling with Amazon.
Amazon.co.uk Seller Support”
and no other answer until now
Any suggestion will be great.

If the stock has recently arrived or is due to arrive at an FBA centre, then I would suggest that you simply wait. It will be do with the (can’t remember the name) program for getting stock available quicker.
It should just sort itself out within a couple of weeks max.
