Recently, I applied for a company capital reduction, and Amazon quickly captured this information and requested a copy of the company's articles of association, including the latest copy. Please provide all pages of this document and note that it needs to be stamped or signed by all individuals who directly or indirectly hold shares or voting rights in your company.

After uploading the original file at the first time, I found that it only had my signature and not the company seal (because I downloaded the PDF file directly from the government department and only had my signature).

Will this affect the audit?
