Has anyone ever got their listings restored after being hijacked? After almost a year with nothing done I'm a hair away from suing Amazon

My listings where hijacked 10 months ago, despite non stop communication with Amazon support ever since, not a single one of my listings has been restored to a sellable state since. Any reasonable company would have had this resolved in at most 24 hours, or wouldn't have allowed this to happen in the first place.

Has anyone that got their listings hijacked had them restored?

If I do decide to sue Amazon, the damages are increasing by thousands every month this isn't fixed, I will give Amazon up to 1 year from the hijack date (less than 2 months left) to fix this otherwise you're getting sued and I don't see how you could possibly win a case like this with all the evidence I have.

I'm also the manufacturer of my products so you're forcing all my customers to go buy my products on other marketplaces that haven't let criminals hijack my business.

Sue them. The Amazon system has broken down for the sellers. It just keeps getting worse

But before that, please let me know if your listings are enrolled on Amazon as soon as possible.
