How do I get a Professional Selling Plan refund? What steps do I have to take?

 You can only get a refund for unused fees, ie. if you have not sold anything, and I believe the max is 6 months (though I might be wrong there). You need to open a case with seller support - ‘Help’ at top right of your seller homepage.
