Brand Approval For Dewalt
Can anyone give me any guidance on repeated denial's after providing required invoices from authorized distributions, product photos to prove delivery as well as the packing slip. I can't get any information from amazon as to why it's being denied any help would be appreciated.

you are going to need permission from Dewalt to sell their items here on Amazon. You will need to show Amazon a letter of authorization from Dewalt in order to sell on this platform. Just because you purchase from an authorized distributor doesn’t necessarily mean you have the manufacturers permission to sell their products on this platform. Amazon has been cracking down on this really hard the last year+.

Besides invoices, you will need to submit your Letter of Authorization FROM DEWALT stating that you are an authorized reseller of their brand, and are allowed to sell them specifically ON AMAZON.
This is true for many other brands as well.

You should have asked first. The "distributor" you purchased from is not authorized for you to resell on Amazon.

You REALLY need to spend some time reading the Forum. Dewalt came up MONTHS ago in this post --

HINT #3 -- Start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.
For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to get suspended on Amazon.
BEFORE even trying to start selling, ask yourself these questions --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE -- the answer is NO in both cases.
NOTE that you need verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those gray market sellers touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" and assure you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!
