Nobody was there during the video call

Hello,

I made an appointment to take the video call for verification at 1pm today. When I logged in my account at 1pm, I couldn’t find any link to ask me to join the video call. Meanwhile, the link I made the appointment showed I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE VIDEO CALL!

You had a scheduled appointment on February 16, 2022, 1:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time .

Video verification has been completed now. Over-all verification will be completed within 72 business hours. We may reach out to you for further clarifications if needed.

I am wondering if anybody knows what happened.

There have been lots of people reporting on the forum that they have had the same message - that their call has been completed - yet it never happened ??!!

Really don’t have an answer, but it seems absolutely unbelievable for a company the size of Amazon to get things so wrong.
