Customer admitted negative feedback left for another seller, Amazon will not remove

Hello Seller Support Forum Mods,

Our account has recently received negative feedback that was intended for a different seller and order. The customer has reached out to us, confirming that the feedback was meant for another seller, and apologized for the mix-up. He even mentions his satisfaction with the order from us. The customer has not replied to follow up messages after admitting his error, or the public feedback reply.

Despite multiple inquiries with Seller Support, we continue to receive only templated responses that do not appear to consider the specific details of our case.

As a newer account with few feedbacks, this 1-star rating in error significantly impacts our performance metrics. I kindly request that you review and investigate case ID 10460279212.

Any assistance from seller support mods or suggestions from other sellers would be greatly appreciated.
