Then we appealed against the decision and provided all the documentation required and guess what? Indian support representative simply replied saying once again that our listings had been supressed and copy-pasted the actions we need to do to reinstate the listings again (WHICH INVOLVE HAVING US REMOVING 1000's OF UNITS FROM THE WAREHOUSES...)
Everyday we are losing thousands of €€€€ of sale while this issue is dragging.
Seller Support doesn't help. Account Health Support is powerless. Compliance Safety Team says everything is okay...
Anyway... Keep on fighting...
Has anyone had this happen to them before? How can we solve this? We need to reinstate our listings WITHOUT removing the stock! Or at least we need a valid reason for this recall.
I feel disrespected, I am a major seller in the niche.
