We received an account verification email at just after 10:00 on Thursday morning. Selling privileges were instantly removed, and we have not been able to sell on Amazon since.

This has blocked both MFN and FBA sales. All of our listings are currently unavailable.

The verification email states that suspension/termination would happen if account verification does not happen within 60 days. This was INSTANT.

We have provided multiple documents to Amazon, including having Barclays area manager come visit us and provide a signed document confirming details (as they do not electronically sign for security reasons). All required information has been provided.

Account health team will not assist, as the account is in good health. We cannot be put in contact with the Verification Team as "that is not possible".

We have heard nothing from Amazon at all apart from automated messages.

Does anyone have any idea how to contact the Account Verification team? Email/phone number?

We have been without selling privileges on Amazon for four days now, which is complete unreasonable and unjustified.

I have been selling on Amazon Handmade Since about 2016. Most of my listings have been active since then but 1 week ago all listings were made inactive.

I click the button to fix listing issue and it takes me to a section saying

"Request selling approval for policy compliance

Reason: Product requires approval to sell."

I then click Request Approval and it says

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

What is going on with this? So confused.

Well I think after 13 years being on Amazon our journey is over.

We arrived this morning to find 100s of our listings removed due to GS1 barcode issue. A lot of these are our best sellers.

Truly horrendous situation we are in now, the most annoying thing though is all the listings Amazon have removed all relate to one supplier. I genuinely cant understand why they have removed these listings as Amazon itself also buys stock from this same supplier. The crazy thing is that Amazon have removed there own listings that they created, on some of the products from this supplier we just selected "sell yours". What is going on with Amazon :-(

I would strongly recommend to anybody selling on Amazon to be very careful, you never know whats going to be thrown at you next, so much uncertainty and walking on egg shells which never allows you to grow and expand with Amazon. Im just so glad we never went down the FBA route with Amazon.
