Amazon Missing 1-2 units of Majority of FBA Inbound Shipments, Especially if Using Labeling PREP
Anyone else experiencing "missing" units (usually 1 or 2 for boxes of 20-100 units) in majority of FBA inbound shipments on small parcel. We have noticed that when using label prep, the number of shipments with errors is very high greater -than 90% of inbound shipments.
We always have to open cases for these and usually end up getting credited, but it is time consuming and annoying to have to provide invoices for almost every single shipment.
Just curious if this is the norm for people, and if so we'll probably start automating opening cases since it is almost every shipment.

Hello @Seller_8mX8maqH2zGI9
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I just came across your post.
I wanted to let you know that during peak season the amount of shipments highly increase and along with the processing times.
Now we highly recommend you that every time you have a situation like please reach out to our seller support to help you with these situations.
While it is normal to have an investigation here and there, we are not expecting for our seller t have this situation on every shipment.
Let me know if you have any other question related to this topic.
Christine.

Same problem. Almost every shipment seems to be missing one item. If that was the case I would have an extra fsku label sticker. . It is like they hire who can't count to 100.
