Fidget Toys Set
Hi, I’m a new seller and my product is a fidget toys set, with squishy toys, ball, flippy chain. There is about 20 pieces. I dont know what to do as it look really tricky selling this fidget for a first time seller. I read so many forum saying that Amazon as deny because of wrong/fake documentation from Alibaba’s supplier. IAt the moment I apply for authorisation to be able to sell this product so im waiting for reply from Amazon. Is it really a big deal selling this fidget? Do i need an insurance for selling that? Lost of people talk about Amazon dont want to deal with Alibaba supllier. Is that true. On youtube when you tap Amazon FBA everyone that about Alibaba’s suuplier and no issu at all. I’m so confuse and I dont know what to do. I find some supplier with Jungle Scout, will that be ok with Amazon? Can soemeone give some advise please. What is the true. Thanks so much

Yes, I’m a registered business with HMRC and Private label registered with IPO and Amazon.
I do have declaration of conformity for the toys.
They do have CE mark stick to the polybag with Warning sign
I have a UK address.
The only missing is an insurrance.

Oh and you’ll need a proper invoice, not commercial or pro forma, not from Alibaba, and with all exactly matching details to yours plus the company details you’re buying from including company number, address, website etc

Apologies for any dupolication - I haven’t read all replies…BUT These fidget / sensory toys are an absolute minefield and the You Tubers pushing them should be prosecuted. Almost all of them are made without any sort of safety marks and are cheap, nasty and downright dangerour to the little ones they’re intended for.
Bin them. Take the loss. Find a legit safe, well tested product and then make your millions.
