Read onlyI recently had a virtual meeting upon Amazon request and provided all requested documents include my U.S passport then after few days, I'v got an emal from Amazon saying that I had been involved in deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal activities but doesnt say anything about what I may have done wrong. I wasnt even using Amazon acccount since months because visiting my family overseas. I've had never sold anything illegal in the past nor used my account for aything illegal.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that I paid the monthly seller fees to Amazon with my Turkish creadit card provided by Turkish banks because I was visiting my family in another country, The reason is that if I had paid the Amazon seller fees with an American credit card, I would not have been able to pay my credit card debt at the end of the month because I was in Turkey. I dont remember anything beside this and I didnt know if this was illegal?.. please check my account details I never had single issue in the past and I really need to find out what exactly went wrong with my Amazon account.
My account health is in good standing, and I have submitted the documents multiple times but still getting same automated email saying that I had been involved in deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal activities . I need guidance on how to resolve this issue please.
Thanks in advance.
When they say that, they usually just mean that you have done something against their policies, not actually anything illegal.
I see you have opened 3 threads all for the same reason - technically not allowed and against forum guidelines - just stick to one thread.
Hello @Seller_Uh7U3NzNtuCfP
Thank you for posting on the Forums!
This is Sarah from Amazon.
Is the issue related to your US account? If so, I recommend posting in the US forums for more targeted assistance.
To do this, simply change the store selection in the upper right corner from "United Kingdom" to "United States". There, you'll be able to receive help from US sellers and community managers who are more familiar with US-specific issues.
Best regards,
Sarah.
