NO one at AMAZON is responding. my account suspended for over 18 month and they cant fix the problem

I’m sitting in a black hope called Amazon; please help; they do not respond and say answered on each of my cases. I opened 2 years ago UK company, then opened an Irish company. They told me to open them both on Amazon.co.uk, and then the UK one was suspended because they thouht it was a duplication (it’s not). We have proven this. Time and time again. Now 18 months later, I’m still trying to get my UK marketplace account back open. They do not reply to me they say I must answer an email sent back in Jan 2020 to the Irish company that we then closed on Amazon because they told us that it was the problem interfering with the UK. which did not come back on and then still said to answer the email to the Irish company in 2020. This is ridiculous as we d not have access to it because they close it, but they still said it was in the way of us getting our UK one open… I’m in a black hole and left to die off… there is a glitch in Amazon and no living person listening… I can’t answer the questions in the Irish company cause I can’t open it and know what information they want if I can’t open it. I have been stuck for 18 months??? please, Amazon, can someone listen to what I’m saying and hear what I’m saying… just a live call, please +447444346758 please! is there anyone out there??? you keep sending an email says “answered” you’ve not answered it… your not listening… please stop the robotic answers and get me a human to speak to who has brains! 18 months I’ve been left in this black hole… 2 years since I first registered

I would suggest that if your not getting anywhere with support, you contact the MD’s office instead.
But what they are saying is actually correct. You need to resolve the problem on the first account, before they will look at the second.
The account won’t actually be deleted and will still exist, you just need to find a way to sign on to it.
Have you not still got access to the email that it was signed up with?

Oh and by the way, just because a case is closed, doesn’t necessarily mean it is closed, but passed on to another dept.

Yes, we fully understand the wrong move made, and the two accounts for two separate companies are listed on Amazon.co.uk.
Also that we asked them to close the second account, which was the Irish account leaving us with no access then to it when they sent emails to respond to.
This account that I am on now is the first account we got open perfectly and is our UK based company. And we can log in and everything, but it is just sitting suspended for the past 18 months. We have been using this account to try and submit all the appeals to fix this problem. But the seconded one, our closed Irish company, seems to sit there still technically blocking it. So I got our IT team sitting who have submitted in detail everything properly, not my longhand lol but still nothing and we have tried Md and Jeff… but think we will email them again, but when they ask us for the account, and we say the Irish one, they say it was closed??? see our problem.??? If they properly got a ride of the Irish one (our second account) and did not have it sitting there, the UK (our first account) could be unsuspended. Still, they stuck with wanting the Irish one to be completed with all the detail to open, which is a process that we can’t do because we can’t log in (they closed it). The UK is our first company which we want to be unsuspended, but it cannot be until the Irish company is gone off the system. So we sit with this glitch, and we are stuck, and it takes someone we believe to override this who can see what we are saying. So we have been stuck in this loop; it’s like they send all our requests to the bin email for the past six months. They give us a case number but don’t contact us and then say on the case “answered” when we go to look for the responses.

That’s irrelevant. The two Amazon accounts you opened are linked by shared data, and sellers are allowed to have two accounts only under very specific circumstances, which (as far as I can tell from your narrative) don’t pertain here.

Do you have written confirmation of what Amazon said to you during this call?

What you do mean by “it all shut down”? What happened, exactly?
