Related Account Suspension

Hi there!
I got notification from Amazon your account is suspended because it’s related to another account “KKS GLAMS”.
KKS GLAMS is owing by my friend but we’re doing FBA prep service and account managing service from the same place so might be that cause of my suspension. I summitted appeal 2 times but they rejected by replying the same automated email.

Appeal Submission:

To Amazon Seller Performance Team,

It is to respond to the suspension notification of our selling privileges of “NAVZA” on the account of presumed violation of amazon’s policy to run a single store at once. Since the notice has identified “NAVZA” and “KKS Glams” as two brands with a single owner.

However, it is not the case. Hereby I fully endorsed that I only own “NAVZA” seller account which is registered under the company name “NAVZA LTD” with the company number “12879228”.

Whereas

The second mentioned seller account, namely KKS Glams is a different business entity that is owned by my friend. I have nothing to do with it.

The root cause that led to the issue:

a) On investigation the root cause that led to the suspension is that both the mentioned businesses have outsourced the account management services from the same company titled “DAKLIT”. So probably they share the same IP address that led you to the misunderstanding. I once again maintain that “NAVZA” and “KKS Glams” are two separate businesses owned by two different owners.

b) The second feature that has led to the confusion is that both the mentioned companies are operating their business activities (inventory management and FBA shipments) over the same warehouse 3PL service.

Actions were taken to resolve the issue:

Being loyal compliance to the platform, I have taken the following steps to settle the issue:

  • Filed a request to our service provider company “DAKLIT” to arrange a dedicated IP address to carry out my seller account activities separately.
  • I have cancelled the service contract with the previous warehouse 3PL service provider immediately. We have rented our own warehouse a month ago to avoid the issue in the future.
    Measures to prevent such an issue in future:
  • I have dedicated a team member to specialize in Amazon policy and compliance to avoid any such situation in future.
  • Requested the service provider to hire a dedicated staff to ensure no personal or business information overlap between separate business identities.

Does the agency address appear anywhere on the account of the other company as it matches with your companies ex directors address?
