ASIN Suspended - No Responses from Appeal Team

Good Morning,

I have been selling on Amazon since early 2021 with no problems. However, a violation was picked up by the Amazon team in November 2021 and one of my ASIN listings was suspended.

In an effort to clear up the issue, I have put together the following:

  • A plan of action with clear notes about what went wrong and my business is improving itself according to Amazon guidelines

  • A PDF of an invoice with the document date, name and address of the business, name and address of manufacturer/supplier, showing the combined purchase of at least 10 units, details of the vendor so that they can be contacted if necessary

I have been following these guidelines and have been trying to appeal since November without any success. They are always declined without reason.

I am more than happy to make any corrections necessary to ensure that I am following all Amazon guidelines but I do require feedback on my appeal otherwise I am stuck and cannot sell the items here.

In summary - please can I talk to someone about this issue and please can I have some feedback on my appeals so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible for both Amazon, our customers and my business.

Can you share the violation notice
Did you create your own listing or join a listing already on amazon ?
If you joined one, Did the EAN and brand on that listing match the product ?

For your appeal to be accepted, you will need to identify the root causes of the issue, describe the steps you have taken to correct it and the preventive steps that you will be implementing to ensure that it won’t occur again.

Request you to provide the invoices for the product.

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the concern ASINs.

–These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last year.

–Please include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

–You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.

So it’s a Sage Water filter
Other Sage products have Sage Appliances or The Sage Store as the brand
Yours has SDS
Do you have permission to list the Sage products and is your invoice from Sage ?
