Action Needed: Update your shipping prices
Hi all,
We are FBM seller.
We keep getting email "Action Needed: Update your shipping prices" from amazon about updating shipping price. We have tried reducing the shipping price in shipping template but still email coming almost weekly basis.
Even with current shipping price(which amazon is complaining), we are paying from our own profit. like one next day order, customer paid X dollar but while generating label from amazon it cost x+$15. So we end up paying $15 extra from our own profit.
IS there any way to figure out correct shipping price for following shipping option?

Got the same email as well. Makes ZERO sense. They have access to my Veeqo data. They can see I charge $37.99 for overnight shipping when I pay $42+ for the UPS label.
Not to mention, not a single customer has ever complained...

I'm getting the same email. I've had 3-4 of them now. I also lowered the 2nd day and overnight pricing a bit. I don't know what to do either.

I have the same emails, starting in October. Still getting them no matter what I do. The good news is that the shipping methods listed don't appear to be removed.

I see you are new, at least on the NSFE (Amazon forums) Welcome to Amazon as a seller!
We have been here over 13-14 years, it is hard to remember. Do know we have had these warnings forever. We have offered free shipping since day one on Amazon for all products we manufacture and sell.
We burden our expedited, next day and two day shipping as we see fit. Since many items we sell we manufacture on demand, it may take special effort to ship same day.
Frankly Amazon, we do not care if you think our shipping price is to high, we are not overcharging. That would be wrong in "your opinion Amazon." We are trying to make our unique products available to those that want them when they need them.
At one time we were big in SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime) Amazon changed the rules and we had to walk away. So be it.
To the OP you should run your business as you think it should be run. They can't even run their own life, I (and I hope you) will be damxed if they try to run ours.

We get those regularly. I ignore them. Our shipping fees are in line or less than what it costs. Regular shipping is free and we charge expedited what it costs.

Amazons shipping has been whacked since they had price increases a few moths ago. We cancel at least 2 orders per day due to only options are express or 2 day on an item that should go ground if they keep screwing with the site sellers and customers will flee even faster! There is no way to figure our and if amazon combines orders you are screwed even more.
