Adding images to child variation listing

Hi

I am a new seller and wondering if anyone can help with the below.

I created a listing with many child variations (same product just different sizes). But my question is do I need to go into each child listing and add the same picture to them all over and over again ?

Surely there is a quicker and easier way to assign one picture to all child variatons without having to use speadsheet etc.
