Dear Winston,
Just noticed that you've joined the India Seller Forums along with Sakura—welcome!
We're glad to have you both here and truly appreciate the experience you bring from working with sellers in the UK Forums.
As you settle into your role, we hope you’ll take the time to understand the unique challenges Indian sellers face on Amazon. While Amazon offers great opportunities, many of us feel that Indian sellers are treated differently compared to our peers in the US and EU markets. Sadly, it often feels like we’re treated as second or even third-class participants.
Having enjoyed the respect, freedom of expression, and value given to sellers in the UK, we believe your experience there will help you clearly see the suppression and issues we’re dealing with here.
The concerns raised by Indian sellers—such as product theft, complicated return policies, and other challenges—don’t just affect our businesses. They impact the lives and livelihoods of countless families, with hopes resting on fair treatment and real solutions.
We trust that with your fresh perspective and commitment, you’ll address these concerns with urgency and fairness. We look forward to collaborating and hope to see positive changes under your guidance.
Thank you for joining, and we look forward to productive discussions ahead.
Best regards,
NeDesigz/NeDesigz UK Ltd

Hello Mr. Winston,
First and foremost, I would like to extend a warm welcome and congratulations on joining the Amazon India Seller Forum. I trust that your leadership will bring positive change to the seller community.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a deeply concerning and ongoing issue I have faced with Amazon Seller Support. On 15th August, I shipped 110 units to the Amazon warehouse. Out of these, 71 units were returned to my warehouse without any prior notice or explanation, while only 10 units are currently live on my Seller account. Furthermore, Amazon has lost 29 of my units, yet I continue to receive responses accusing me of short-shipping. These claims are entirely false, as I have already provided all relevant documents, including images and proofs of shipment. This case is continued since from last two months.
Despite my repeated efforts and the submission of valid evidence, the issue remains unresolved. The unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Seller Support in handling this matter has not only caused financial loss but also disrupted my business operations.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to expedite the resolution and ensure that I am reimbursed for the lost units. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your prompt response.
Warm regards,
Shraddha Lath
