USPS never scanned my packages and customer was refunded a-z claim and both package arrived lost 110.00
A package was delayed due to USPS. The customer filed a A-Z claim saying the package was never received. The refund was granted on two orders for the same customer and the package arrived.
The shipping was purchased through AMAZON and it is clear that it took a long time for USPS to enter notification of a delivery onto their (USPS) system. Additionally AMAZON can see in the tracking that the item was eventually delivered.
AMAZON has negativity affected our account health even though the item shipped on time and was eventually delivered. Not sure how a USPS delay, customer getting a refund and package getting delivered late can be our fault. Customer has told me to not contact her anymore, and Amazon has been horrible at having the cutomer return the merchandise to me or get reimbursed. 110.00 total for both orders. Amazon does not allow me to file a SAfe-T claim, so I am so lost.
Does anyone have experience with getting an issue resolved by Amazon and having the customer return the merchandise or get reimbursed?

If the first scan by USPS was no later than the ship by date, then you would be covered if you appeal the claim and state the date of the first scan. If the first scan by USPS was not by the ship by date, then you will be responsible for the claim. The delivery date is not important. The ship by date in the one that matters in this case.

Hello @Seller_E30x1ppqlFLco- thanks for joining us here on the forums and for posting about this experience so the community might offer some insight.
@Seller_rGcQW1yb6ZWbC- brings up a good point about the ship date vs scans from the carrier to help support your appeal. Have you already appealed the claim decision? If not, you can reference this page on what to include when appealing an A-to-z Claim.
