How do I stop the packing slip from printing when printing a shipping label

Good morning,

I need assistance in stopping the packing slip from printing every time we print a label. 2 labels come out, on the packing slip with the order number and one shipping label. We only need the shipping label, packing slip is a waste of paper.

Printing stopped working yesterday and required the QZ tray software to work, prior to yesterday all we needed was Amazon print connect and it would print and just print one label.

Also tried adjusting the printer settings in https://ship.amazon.com/ but no luck

Any assistance/ advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
