then I submitted this appeal :
Dear Amazon,
Unfortunately, my Amazon account was recently deactivated due to a violation of Amazon's policies. I have always valued the opportunity to sell on Amazon, so after several days of investigation and self-reflection, I have written the following explanation and appeal.
### The Root Cause of the Problem
Due to unfamiliarity with Amazon's rules, I purchased EAN codes from an unofficial source and used them to list my products on Amazon's US marketplace. The EAN codes in question are: XX,XX,XX,XX.
At the time, I did not realize the severity of this issue until last month, when some of my products couldn't pass the dangerous goods classification in the US marketplace. This was because the product titles on their detail pages were inconsistent across different marketplaces. I sought assistance from Amazon's Brand Registry Support Team (US Case ID: XX) and found that these ASINs had different titles in the FR marketplace, although the brand name, product images, and reviews were the same as in the US.
At that time, I believed these ASINs belonged to me, as they were under our brand xx. so I registered an account in the FR marketplace and modified the titles and product descriptions of the listings.
Now, I understand that these ASINs belonged to other sellers, and it was because I used their EAN codes that my product images and reviews in the US marketplace were synchronized with their listings in the FR marketplace. I should not have used unofficial EAN codes, which led to my inadvertently using other sellers' EANs.
### What We Did to Solve the Problems
1. I have deleted all the listings I created in the FR marketplace to modify the titles.
2. I have carefully reviewed the Sales Policies and Seller Code of Conduct to ensure I comply with Amazon's rules going forward.
3. I have studied Amazon's policies regarding GTINs and now fully understand their requirements.
4. I have initiated the process of clearing out the inventory of the affected products in the US marketplace.
### What We Will Do to Prevent Problems from Repeating in the Future
1. I will continuously study Amazon's rules to ensure compliance in all operations.
2. I will obtain UPC codes from official, compliant sources (GS1).
3. After clearing out the inventory of the affected products in the US marketplace, I will delete the affected listings and refrain from using these EAN codes.
I sincerely apologize for the impact my mistakes have had on other sellers' listings. Please rest assured that I did not intend to affect other sellers, and I hope Amazon will restore my account and grant me another opportunity. I will strictly adhere to Amazon's rules in the future.
To support my explanation, I have attached the following documents:
1. Email of US CASE ID xx
2. Email of FR CASE ID xx
3. The listing page for (EAN: xx) from the US marketplace, showing that the product images and reviews for this ASIN were synchronized with the listings in the FR marketplace.
Kind regards,
But it doesn't work, I got this feedback:
