Safe T Claim denied
This is a big mistake on Amazon's side that all this is being stolen by the team. I sent 2 items of the product but I received only one in return (RTO) and that too the wrong product. I want to ask that when I am shipping after sealing the packaging then why does the Amazon team open that packaging in case of RTO. Please take appropriate action on this. I have made a video of my unboxing.

Hello Ruvi CeramicCollections, We have reviewed your appeal of our SAFE-T claim decision, and we have denied your refund request for order 405-1306756-0813108. Why is this happening? Reason: You may have provided images with your SAFE-T claims that are not in accordance with Amazon policies, or misused the SAFE-T claims policy. Policy: Sellers on Amazon.in are not allowed to file a fraudulent claim, misuse, or abuse the SAFE-T policy in any form or matter. Misusing the SAFE-T policy may pose risk of losing the ability to sell or submit SAFE-T claims. This could be due to one, or more, of the following reasons: -- The same images were provided for SAFE-T claims on previous orders. -- The images filed for this SAFE-T claim were taken before the return date. -- Different seller accounts provided the same images on more than one SAFE-T claim. #fraudster #amazon #fraudteam

There is a limit for Safe-T claim how many times can a seller apply for it. Don't file Safe-T claims for products which are cheap for you. Save the claim for expensive items.

If your total Safe-T claims exceed 8–10% of your monthly orders, Amazon usually denies the claims — even after appeals.
The most important point to note is that 99.99% of these product thefts, undelivered/missing cases, or other discrepancies happen due to ATS staff. These workers are often underpaid, earning only ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, and made to work 16-hour shifts.
In many cases, they steal products simply to survive — it becomes a matter of bread and butter for them, while Amazon benefits by paying lower salaries and avoiding responsibility.
In the end, it’s we sellers who suffer the financial loss, even when the fault lies within Amazon’s own logistics chain.
On the other hand, even when Amazon approves a Safe-T claim, they often first deduct half of the selling price and then approve only 10–20% of the remaining amount — and that too, within the 8–10% monthly claim limit.
For small sellers, Amazon has become a losing game, unlike VC-funded brands or Amazon-insider accounts who get favorable treatment.
It feels like Amazon keeps small sellers on the platform only to profit from ad spends, commissions, claw backs, penalties, and suppressions.
