Referral fee reduction for Clothing Category
Just had an email saying they are reducing referral fee from 15.3% to 8% for clothing items below £15.
I presume the £15 is for total order value (inc shipping)
For example, if I sold something at £13 + £3 shipping what percentage would I pay?
If I sold 4 items @ £4 again what percentage would I pay as each individual item is below £15 but the order total is over?

It's by the item rather than the order total as a whole; but this came in back in, I think it was, May. I don't know why you're only getting an email about it now.
