Printing in ZPL when using buy shipping in bulk
We are using DPD Buy Shipping and Amazon Print Connect - DPD require us to print on our thermal printer in ZPL format.
When we purchase labels one at a time, we can select the ZPL format and then it prints immediately using the Amazon Print Connect software.
However, when we purchase labels in bulk, there is no option to download in ZPL format and it always downloads to print from browser or from pdf - and then when we print it comes out in PNG format.
Can anyone help with this please?
