24 Hour Messaging Respond Time

Hello All

Can I please check if we still have to respond to any cutomer email within 24 hours?

I normally do respond within 24 hours, its just I have to response during the weekend or public holiday as well which is sometime a hassle.

Many thanks for all your help, I have also called Amazon customer service and they have also told me that there is no Messaging Respond Rate but they recommend to response within 24 hours.

I think Amazon like you to, but there is no actual metric in which you are punished if you don’t

In fact when you try to contact a seller as a buyer, Amazon tell you to expect a reply within 48 hours :wink:

Why don’t you just install the App on your phone.
You can then answer a message within minutes of receiving it.
It’s not really a big deal at all, unless you are out coverage for your phone.
