Changes to SFP Delivery Speed

Within Amazons article about upcoming changes for SFP it mentions that "a minimum delivery speed with a 3- to 5-day promise range will be pre-configured in all Prime shipping templates and cannot be changed". See below:

However - upon going into our Prime shipping templates to play around with settings, and trying to create a brand new Prime shipping template, we are unable to change the shipping time for the standard nationwide shipping, and it is showing a 2-4 day transit time instead. So which information are we supposed to follow? How can this be enforced with inconsistent information being told to us sellers? Any insights would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to get our account set up to begin selling SFP again.
