Bad review for lack of communication

I received a 1 star review for bad communication but it was an FBA order and I never received any messages directly from the customer. They mentioned not receiving their refund after they had returned the item but as it was an FBA return, this should have been handled directly by Amazon. They also said they sent a request for an additional 10 feet but again I did not receive a message.

Is there a way to remove this review since the review is not about the product itself but rather the negative feedback was regarding communication on Amazon's part?

When an item is fulfilled by FBA, the customer cannot contact you. They have to go through FBA. You should be able to get this removed.

@Seller_hjhvJ9vIyiHDd you can appeal it. Go to the Your Cases and Requests Log and pick the case related to the Seller Review and appeal it.

All sellers above are correct.

This can get a strike through, you should be able to get it removed, you can appeal it.

My advice is Keep It Simple. Do not start with it is about the product. KISS, it was an FBA order, request removal based on "Amazon FBA (Fulfilled)"

The automated system should strike it through.

Take a screen shot of the messages (being none from customer)

Open a case and post case number here tag as many moderators as you can remember.

Someone should help.
