Hi Brightpearl users,
We’re currently using the Amazon app on Brightpearl to sync inventory and orders.
As you can see, it requires a separate channel connection for each country that you sell in
We currently have 10x successful connections set up, however, we’re struggling to get Amazon Canada set up for one of our businesses. It keeps erroring out and we’ve been trying to set it up for weeks.
The error is {“errors”:[{“code”:“CMNU-003”,“message”:“An unhandled exception occurred”}]} and it happens when you click “authorise” on the Amazon CA website.
There shouldn’t be any issue with setting up multiple Amazon accounts in the same country as we’ve currently got 3x Amazon UK set ups etc.
Anyone had this issue before?
Kind regards,
The Regency Chess Team
