I am seeing around there are so many sellers in UK who are facing so much issues on daily basis and is struggling. Some has account metric issues, some has order issues, account deactivation issues, brands issues, listing issues, reimbursement issues, wrong orders issue, buyers issue, claims issue but why Amazon is not helping them proactively?
Sellers who are actually at fault then you people should take action against them but there are sellers who face struggles on daily basis for no faults from their end dont you think this is really disheartening. Why Amazon will support only the buyers every single time? Why not sellers? After all sellers are responsible for the growth of Amazon platform.
I personally did not face any kind of issues but when I see forum it is really sad that sellers are struggling so much and no proper resolution from Amazon. Sellers work really hard and have invested so much into this business. Dont you think you should support them and solve their issue in a proper manner.
And why will issue arise also for no such reason? I see there are sellers who complain of order issue for no such faults from their end so why Amazon is creating problems within themselves and solve it later after harassing the sellers, better not to raise problems for no reasons right.
Sellers do not get support at all from Seller Support, no proper resolution given to sellers and they have to speak in forum and figure out themselves. One seller is helping another seller. Dont you think the support team should do this?
Amazon is definitely a great place no doubt but requesting you people to highlight the same to Amazon employees leadership so that sellers are not felt left out. This is just a general issue which I wanted to speak and inform you people. Do not take it in a negative way but think practically and solve the issue, sellers will be more than happy then.
